R.R.P. stands for Recommended Retail Price. It represents the price Sanitana suggests for the commercialisation of its products through its official distributor network. You may find price variations depending on each distributor’s commercial policy. All prices shown on Sanitana’s website already include VAT.

Where can I check product prices?

You can find recommended retail prices on our website at www.sanitana.pt. Simply search for the product you’re interested in, and the R.R.P. will be displayed. Please note these values are indicative and may differ in-store due to varying commercial conditions from official distributors.

Can I purchase products directly from Sanitana?

Sanitana does not sell directly to the public, in line with its business model. You can only purchase Sanitana products through our official distributor network. To find the distributor closest to your location, visit our  Sales Points page.

I'm missing installation and usage information for the product I purchased. Who can help me?

You can find technical information about your product on our website. If the available information is not sufficient, please contact our Customer Support team, providing a description of your request. We will do our best to supply the missing details as quickly as possible.

My product has issues but is no longer under warranty. Who should I contact?

In this case, you should also reach out to our Technical Support Department using the contact form available on our website. Please include a detailed description of the issue along with supporting images and/or videos.

We will analyze the situation and provide you with a repair quote. If the product cannot be repaired, we will suggest an equivalent alternative currently available.

Does Sanitana provide tools to plan my bathroom?

At the moment, Sanitana does not offer 3D tools to plan your bathroom. However, we encourage you to explore our Collections section, where you'll find lifestyle images with our products to inspire your renovation.

Are replacement parts available for Sanitana products?

Yes. You can search for them on our Products page, or alternatively, contact our Customer Support. The listed prices correspond to the Recommended Retail Price practiced by official Sanitana distributors. Please note that prices may vary depending on the commercial terms offered by each distributor.

Do you sell replacement parts directly?

Sanitana only carries out direct sales in specific cases, namely when the size of the part and the quantity ordered allow for shipping via regular mail (CTT). In such cases, shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer. Orders are only shipped after advance payment of shipping fees, and proof of payment must be submitted beforehand.

Does Sanitana have a showroom?

Yes, Sanitana has a showroom at its factory premises in Anadia, which can be visited on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can also visit our official distributors, where selected products are on display.

Can I view specific products at a distributor?

Many Sanitana distributors showcase popular and recently launched products. However, availability of specific models is not guaranteed. We recommend confirming in advance with the distributor before visiting. You can find the nearest distributor on our Sales Points page.

Does Sanitana have customised products that can be adapted to my needs?

Yes, although not all product types can be customized, Sanitana offers some customised solutions, specifically shower trays and washbasins. These are manufactured using composite materials, Stonex® and Surfex®, whose uniformity and cutting characteristics allow for adaptations according to your needs. Can I order a product with specific dimensions?

The only products that allow for custom dimensions are those made from Stonex® and Surfex®. However, due to limitations in our logistics management system, we are unable to accept single or low-volume orders for custom-sized products in these materials.

If you are working on a project that requires a significant volume of items, we recommend contacting us to evaluate the feasibility of a customised order.

Does Sanitana cut products to size?

Currently, Sanitana offers custom cutting services at the factory for projects that involve large-volume orders. You are welcome to consult us to check whether your project qualifies under these conditions.

Note: The volume considered for evaluation is not limited to these specific products, it refers to the total volume of sanitaryware included in the project.

Faucets with a cold start system are ideal for saving both water and energy. This technology prevents the water heating system from activating when the faucet is opened in the central position, thus avoiding unnecessary energy consumption.

Does Sanitana provide training on its products?

Yes. Sanitana is a certified training provider accredited by D.G.E.R.T. (Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations), the Portuguese government body responsible for accrediting private sector training entities. We organize and deliver training sessions on our products and manufacturing processes. If you’d like to arrange a training session for your team, please contact us.

Can I become a certified Sanitana installer?

At the present, Sanitana does not offer specific accreditation for installers of its products. However, you can contact us to receive training on our products and manufacturing processes. Participants in these sessions will receive a certificate of attendance.

Do you supply materials for large-scale projects?

Yes. Through our official distributor network, we supply materials for larger-scale projects, provided that the production timelines and financial commitments for each specific case are met.

What is the warranty on Sanitana products?

When installed according to official guidelines and used under normal conditions, our products are covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years, unless otherwise stated in the product’s documentation.

To activate the warranty, the defect must be analyzed and validated by Sanitana’s Technical Support Department. Please contact us using the appropriate form and include a description of the issue, along with photos or videos. A purchase receipt must also be provided to verify warranty coverage.

The warranty covers product replacement at no cost to the buyer, in accordance with applicable legislation. It only applies to manufacturing defects, not to issues caused by improper installation or misuse. Transport and packaging costs for warranty repairs are covered by Sanitana S.A.

How can I check if my product is still under warranty?

Check your purchase invoice and calculate the time since purchase. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us.

Is my current product still available for purchase?

Once a product is discontinued, it is no longer available from Sanitana. If you're unsure about the model you own, please contact us for assistance.

If the discontinuation was recent, some units may still be available from distributor stock. We recommend contacting a distributor directly for confirmation.

My product has been discontinued. Are there alternatives?

Once a product is discontinued, it is no longer sold by Sanitana. However, our portfolio includes many alternatives, often with improved technical and functional features, which you can explore in the Products section of our website.

Does Sanitana offer BIM objects? Where can I download them?
